Health disclaimer
Everything on this website, in its downloads and audios, and in Tati Rosk’s books is educational self-help. It is not medical, psychological or therapeutic advice, and it is not a diagnosis or a treatment.
Not a substitute for professional care
Tati Rosk is an author, not a doctor, psychologist or therapist. The content is based on published research about adults in general and cannot take your personal history, health or circumstances into account. Please consult a qualified health professional about your own situation, before making changes to any treatment, and whenever you are unsure whether something is right for you.
Self-reflection tools are not tests
Quizzes, scores, trackers and check-ins on this site or in the books are prompts for reflection. They have no clinical cut-offs and cannot tell you whether you have, or do not have, any condition.
Practices and audios
Breathing, relaxation, grounding and reflection practices can bring up strong feelings. Use the stop-rules: if your distress goes above 7 out of 10, stop, open your eyes and ground yourself. Do not listen to any audio while driving or doing anything that needs your full attention. If you have a heart, lung or other medical condition, are pregnant, or have a history of panic, fainting or seizures, check with your doctor before trying breathing or muscle-tension practices.
